Insurance Information

We do not currently accept insurance at our clinic however, we can create a Superbill for you to supply to your insurance company for reimbursement.  

We do accept HSA, FSA, and CareCredit cards. This allows us to better serve our customers by providing more flexible payment options for those who rely on these benefits.
